      Pros

      A wonderful work environment. It promotes good ethics and instilled good values. It also provides a great network of young successful people.

      Cons

      I wouldn't say there are any real negative parts in working for Aptive, but possibly that it can be stressful at time, as is any sales job

      Pros

      -Good environment, definitely not the typical “summer sales”. I enjoy working in the more professional business environment. -Tons of locations to choose from each summer -Vess, the CEO, is very approachable and encouraging

      Cons

      (I don’t think these are cons, but some people might) -highly competitive, you won’t be #1 -time intensive, the company expects you to put a lot of time into work

      Ability to make a ton of money in a very short amount of time. With people that actually care about you and your success.

      Cons

      The job is not for everyone. You have to be pretty confident, charismatic, and be able to deal with rejection
