      Pros

      Work culture is excellent, our branch manager is the best boss I've ever had. The other office staff are so nice and we are like a little family! I love coming to work every day, and even if some customers yell at me on the phone, it's worth it because everyone in the branch is so tight and we look out for each other.

      Cons

      I wish the pay was a little higher, and of course it sucks dealing with angry customers, but any customer service position will have people who think it's okay to yell at the person on the other end of the phone.
