      Pros

      Their core values build a wonderful place to work. It is refreshing to work for a company that doesn’t just act like they care but really go above the rest to show how much we matter! They also have a straight forward no bs mentality and integrity which makes you truly buy in to their vision.

      Cons

      Only thing I wish I could change is how fast aptive is growing. I know it is not good to outgrow your means but I wish they would be able to handle more growth. This would open more and more opportunities for advancement and for people to join up and see why we are so happy! (Although our growth is record breaking, when you hear the good word you just can’t help sharing it with any and everyone.)

      Pros

      Jumping into the industry 5 years ago the corporate team has been very loyal. They really work hard to improve all aspects from the to to bottom of the company.

      Cons

      The summer season is super busy, but you never run out of things to do.

      The people! Work is fun when you love your co workers and you all enjoy motivating each other to be better.

      Cons

      Not many. Every now and then you may run across a disgruntled customer, as you do in customer service, but that gives you a great time to shine!
