      Nice meeting people. seeing beautiful homes. feeling good about yourself when you truly take care of the problem. And that Aptive truly carries about their employees

      Cons

      The AI routing for routes are customer service sometimes is not the greatest on the app and it makes really Hard to do my job when sales reps lie about our services, telling people things that we are not allowed to do

      You get a company vehicle

      Cons

      Everything with the company. Pay is dog water. Long routes. They want you to be salesman along with running a route. You are blamed if a customer decides to lie just for a free service. I could keep going but Aptive won’t change
