Pros

A place with multi-talented wise people working in cross functional team, having end-to-end responsibility of a product. Good Perks and Rewards, Free Gym, Evening Snacks, Alternate Fridays Sports Activities, Competitions, Tournaments, Incredible Work-life balance, Separate area for Ping-Pong lovers, Really open and friendly with often video conferences and playing games virtually. Great development environment provided and most importantly flexible working hours. Overall and an amazing company with strong leadership and positive energy.

Cons

Rapid technology changes, but all to keep up with the market, may confuse beginners in the initial stage and need to be proactive to understand the objective and vision of the company.

I have been working for more than an year and soon will complete 2years with the company. Work culture is very kool and it makes sure employees are happy and their opinions are respected.

Cons

None to mention as it is a startup with less people and flat heirarchy.
