Pros

The culture is really amazing with young, dynamic & wise crowd who are ingrained with new & upcoming techologies and zeal to keep learning and growing. Company provides learning environment on the go and rewards you with great benefits such as Employee Assistance and room for improvement. One of the best company culture that I have seen so far.

Pros

Best thing to work here is the team. This is one of the few places I know where the whole team will put all their effort towards a common goal. Great environment to grow professionally, because it is a startup, you will be able to learn different technologies and propose tools or methodologies that interest you. You will be heard and your choices will make a difference in the end product, for better or worst.

Cons

And because it is a startup, there's no clear career path, you will need to be proactive and move in the direction that you want to follow, learn and face many challenges out of your scope of expertise, Swiss knife skillset like.
