Pros
The kind of project we deal here is a really challenging and very unique product. Since it's a unique product you don't find solutions quick, hence you need to figure out a lot of problems. Biggest Pros is, Number technologies being used are really wast, since the team is really small you get to learn and work on a lot of new technologies.
Cons
Since the product is really challenging sometimes you need to spend a lot of time on a particular problem, not a real con but for some people. Even though the team is really small, sometimes you feel like passing your ideas difficult since we have a hierarchy.
