Pros

Very high starting pay and job advancement. Great skill building for other roles in similar industries, and moving up in the company. Company itself is great, with a huge focus on quality for minimal cost to the customer, all while keeping high pay standards to their staff.

Cons

A lot of company policies and standards to grasp, and try to keep track of - when they aren't changing! If you can figure out how to work under those, you'll do great.

Pros

Management is awesome! They are flexible with your school schedule and personal lives. Executives are very involved ensuring that this company is always one step ahead. Aqui team will notice your hard work quickly that will help you get promoted! Pay is also a lot better than your standard minimum wage so that’s a plus!

Cons

Can be very slow at times so you or your manager will have to find stuff for you do to. Not much tips for bussers or an option for cashier tips but other than that the culture and team creates a great experience!
