Pros

Excellent training, commission and environment.

Cons

Unsteady income. Appointments are not always confirmed nor qualified. Freedom and schedule management is not longer a benefit. Outside sales people are required to work 3 shifts a day, morning, afternoon and nights. Only 1 day off a week.

Pros

- Relatively easy work, but mind-numbingly repetitive - Pay is respectable given how simple the work is, especially during a good commission week

Cons

NOTE: May only be specific to Austin, TX office, can't speak for other locations -Favoritism sees only certain people getting the best leads -Can get sent home/fired just for looking at your cell phone during shift. Understandable if it actually distracts you from your work, but you literally spend hours during any given shift listening to phones ring, waiting for leads to pick up -Management holds grudges, acts out of spite
