Pros

-Software is stable, fairly straightforward, and support is excellent. This sets us up nicely for successful implementations -Great team to work with. Lots of sharp, hardworking and funny people -Management is much more forthright and trustworthy than other places I have been -Lots of opportunities to become an expert in various areas of the product

Cons

-Benefits are fine, but nothing to write home about. The company they are outsourced to isn't particularly helpful when issues arise. This is petty in comparison to the pros

- Mgmt understands employee needs. - Employee retention is high/willing to work with employees to find the right fit within the company. - Great Pay - Great Benefits (Med/Den/Vis/Vacation/Sick/Bonus) - WFH

Cons

- no 401k matching or profit sharing - usually miss company bonus portion
