Pros

Lots of new processes and tools, good smart people. CEO is well connected and in my view pretty nice. Big engineering team.

Cons

Product immature. Haven't had a new customer in 6 months..

CEO is not very involved in day-to-day operations of the company Typical for a startup...coordination between departments can be challenging and many work processes are still being matured

Because it's a small company which is getting larger, I'm in a position to make positive changes for the long term.

Cons

Not many. I took a pay cut to come here but I also appreciate the opportunities given me.
