Good place to be, wish sales were better though.

Pros

Agile Scrum development shop where I have plenty of opportunities to work on the latest technology stack, including GWT in an enterprise SaaS environment. All engineers are given good opportunities to make decisions.

Cons

Too early to tell if recent management changes will result in better sales momentum. I don't have any visibility into where we are selling and how we are doing. We are a small company and I don't think the CEO knows my name.

Pros

Lots of new processes and tools, good smart people. CEO is well connected and in my view pretty nice. Big engineering team.

Cons

Product immature. Haven't had a new customer in 6 months..

Great people. Good work / life balance. Lots of opportunities for technical and organisational leadership. Well funded. Wii console :)

Cons

No 401(k) matching. No A/C in building.
