Pros

Growing company with great tech in a newly-recognized market. Open door policy across the board.

Cons

With record revenues and growth come expected growing pains. There are occasional bumps in the road, but they get addressed pretty quickly.

Pros

Great people. Interesting, challenging, complex software. Its a 20 year old system, so it will take a while to get close to the full picture, but there is enough good stuff in there to keep you interested and improving upon cool stuff for years.
