Pros

Aravo has had great funding and potential to become a leader in the space. Also, the Agile development process is solid.

Cons

Small company, with the ego of a huge company. Lack of involvement or focus by the CEO. The executive team promises big, but under-delivers. Bonuses are never paid. Small customer-base. Product and sales direction changes too often. Feel like there is distrust between management and employees. Unsure of new executive team members.

Pros

In my time working at Aravo I have truly enjoyed the flexibility to keep work life balance my top priority. I have grown tremendously in my professional experience with leadership support and exposure to multiple projects. I have felt supported when I need help in job function.

Cons

The company is in a great flux of growth. This requires a level of patience in process, documentation, and finding your way around. If you are mature, creative, and curious, this con becomes a pro.
