understanding and supportive supervisors who treat everyone with respect all the other claims reps are also amazing and supportive and create an extremely friendly and welcoming environment a constructive training program where even if you’ve never worked with insurance before you will understand the majority of it by the end of the training and you learn even more on the job even if you have no background in insurance if you’re willing to learn this company is willing you give you a chance and want to support you in whatever you’d like to pursue in the insurance industry this company offers so much for their staff it’s insane, they truly care and want their staff to be happy and enjoy working for them there is so much more but not enough space!

the computer software lags at times but besides that, literally nothing!
