love the people at the company, rarely take work home. PTO and benefits are amazing

Cons

base pay and salary is very low compared to other companies. work can be demanding, stressful and strenuous. content of the job can be dry and boring if you are not in love with insurance.

Fewer and fewer pros. Healthcare is still top notch.

Cons

Forced return to office despite everyone being successful working remote. Very few safety protocols. People leaving in droves due to forced return. Leadership extremely out of touch with what employees want.
