      Reward employess with “fun days.” People were nice.

      Cons

      These fun days are in place of paying anyone in the company a decent salary. Job itself and salary sucked.

      Stable and old-fashioned.....but that can be a con. See below.

      Cons

      Since it is a mutual company, the pressure to change and evolve is much diminished. That means that the power structures within the company are entrenched and even as the company slowly sinks into unprofitability and its systems age, change is slow as molasses.
