Cons

Working in customer service is very scheduled. The management can be pretentious and make you feel incompetent. I would like to stay with the company but leave customer service.

Great culture. The people that work in the department are awesome . 3 weeks vacation every year to start. Great place to start for a career in claim

Cons

Call center can be hectic and exhausting. Balancing responsibilities and phones can be overwhelming at times. Pay is low when compared to industry competitors. Some dead wood employees.
