      Pros

      Good people, nice work environment, stable employment, situated nicely away from the hectic city core, decent technology stack for developing career skills.

      Cons

      There have been a number of rounds of downsizing lately, so the remaining employees may be looking over their shoulders a bit, but presumably this will end soon.
