Pros

Started at Arbor at a young age. The education I received including higher education paid for by the company was invaluable.

Cons

Glass ceiling. No chance for advancement unless willing to branch into sales or move to Toronto. Lack of remote job postings, although much of the work could be done remotely and with less distraction than in the office.
