Pros

Employees care about providing top notch service ; they will go above and beyond to ensure customer satisfaction.

Cons

Management looks after themselves while neglecting the common worker. Very cliquey if you are not one of the "favoured" it doesn't matter how hard you work you will be belittled while the favoured can make errors and hardly perform. Benefits are very poor for anyone who is not a manager or above.
