-Independent. Your success is up to you. -Rewarding. You are doing a necessary service for families -Growth. Large company, plenty of opportunity to move up.

Cons

-Challenge. Getting your feet on the ground takes time -Pay. At first. Be ready to make very little money while you learn the ropes Hours. Again, at first. you will have to commit alot of time to see rewards.
