      Pros

      Great bonus potential, vacation time more than most funeral homes (based on seniority with company), great families. Existent human resources department.

      Cons

      Favoritism and personal bias from management lead to unbalanced work load, arguing/harassment between staff members, and disorganized day to day operations.

      - benefits for family - guaranteed 40 hours (+on call) - rewarding career, in the career path desired

      Cons

      - senior funeral directors will remind you that they're "above you" simply on the fact that they've "been doing this longer" - after a serious at work injury, "jokes" were made about how "now we have to have more Health and Safety meetings" [personal experience]

      Great people to work with.

      Cons

      It would help greatly when giving instructions and directions to all tasks requested. Often instructions are vague or very limited. The rate of pay is dismal.
