Great work environment. Dedicated manager of more then 20 years. Family owned buisness. The Scanlan family cares about it's people treats you like family and makes a point of knowing your name. Fabulous support Staff that care. And the potential to earn six figure income for those that follow the proven sales system. Being able to see the underdog rise to greatness you don't have to be a rocket scientist to have a rewarding career with Arbor.
Cons
Not enough young people willing to sacrifice to achieve greatness. Individuals that post on that this is tough career what career is not challenging and if you expect everything to just be handed to you it is not a career for you. A degree does not guarantee success perseverance and hard work will always trump a degree.
