If you enjoy working long hours for no pay this is the company for you. You will be required to promote the company in malls and trade shows while receiving nothing for your efforts. You will be expected to build a data base of potential clients and input that data into the company’s computer system for no compensation. You will be subject to the whims of management who will change policy whenever it suits their purpose. You will watch the hypocrisy of a company that put forth a glowing code of ethics while turning a blind eye to managers who regularly disregard that code. Favouritism will be way of life as you watch some being given a leg up while others are lied to and mistreated. Do you get paid? Only if you make a sale! You will only be paid commission based on the value of certain products you sell. Never mind that the Ministry of Labour website states that even commissioned employees must be paid at least minimum wage for time spent. Don’t bother calling the Ministry of Labour however they are too busy doing ??????????? to help anyone. So if you enjoy abuse, uncertainty, no regular income by all means work for Arbor Memorial.
