      Pros

      Nice people, generally. Everyone bonds over how miserable they are and overall disfunction of team and leadership.

      Cons

      Meager paycheck, ZERO culture, clueless management, extremely high turnover so nobody feels connected, no support/development or incentive to perform at highest potential, and lean teams are stretched way to thin so everyone is miserable and looking elsewhere

      Pros

      Good time off policy, good holidays.

      Cons

      Raises are very small. The biggest problem is that senior management doesn't care about the people who do the work. They constantly change procedures without stopping to consider the people who actually do the jobs. Work-life balance is given lip service. There are not enough people to do the work but they are told overtime is available. When people can't work OT, they are told it must mean no additional staff is need. This leads to burnout ans so many people have left.

      Pros

      Health insurance is okay but that’s about it. They have nothing else worth staying here for.

      Cons

      -Terrible management. No growth opportunities. They expect you to do more work than you are paid for and you almost never get a raise. -All executives are out of touch. -You will truly not enjoy working here, especially when you receive no training. You can find so many better companies to work for. This place is awful.
