      -Great work/life balance -"Flextime" so you can come in at 7 AM and leave at 4 PM, if needed -Company strives to listen to employees with "We Hear You"

      Cons

      -Company is too focused on shareholder results and is quick to layoff staff once projects end -Company is being restructured so supervisor and roles change often -Management sends way too many e-mails so information gets buried

      Cons

      The work load is unrelenting if your services are in demand. Balancing work and life requires constant negotiation, delegation, and follow-up. Don't expect your supervisor to manage your schedule, as management structure is very horizontal.
