Pros
It's not bad if you're working here as your first job to gain experience. Location isn't bad. Team and coworkers are friendly enough.
Cons
Depending on the team you're in, it's very hands off which is dependent on how you work. There are some teams that give the bare minimum direction and expect you to do the rest and if you can't infer it then you will run into issues. Expect to work longer hours and a lack of work life balance.
