      Arcadis has a "People First" culture and we are glad to see that this has been part of your experience with us. We do evaluate salary several times a year to ensure we are staying competitive in the market. While we do not have profit sharing right now, we do have many other benefits and offer spot bonuses as well as referral bonuses which can be received at any time throughout the year

      Our company culture is so important to us and we are always looking for ways to improve our benefits to make sure you they offer options for everyone at our company. We hear your concerns about workload and how it can be busier in certain regions than others at times. As a company we are continuing to grow to hopefully address any regions that may be a bit lighter.
