As you are aware, we aim to actively monitor external salaries to ensure that we remain on par with other companies. Within our continuous salary reviews we do consider our benefit package, which includes Life Assurance, Income Protection, Private Medical Insurance, a pension that matches up to 8% and a range of flexible benefits. If you haven't already done so, we do suggest that you speak with your line manager regarding your salary.
