      Pros

      Great colleagues and some really brilliant individuals Flexible working (from home / different hours) available Freedom to forge your own path and seek out own opportunities

      Cons

      Overly focused on utilisation, sometimes you feel like a number on a spreadsheet. Quality of line management varies significantly - some are great, others hopeless. The organisation seems to lack focus, there's lots of different capabilities and sectors - trying to do everything rather than focus on doing fewer things brilliantly.
