      Pros

      Great reputation in the industry, relatively easy project-sharing and cooperation among offices (which are not their own cost- or profit-centers), home to some real experts in their respective fields.

      Cons

      The firm can allocate resources and attention much differently to different geographic areas/offices. Some internal procedures and communication pathways work wonderfully, while others are quite problematic or outdated.

      Provided a friendly atmosphere to work in that also allowed a flexible work schedule.

      Cons

      If you show any competency at your job you will be favored over your coworkers, which is a double-edged sword, you will be worked to the bone in the process.

      Good technical skills, interesting projects, capable staff, adequate compensation and benefits; potential to work outside of your local area; bonus program (for key staff)

      Cons

      Extremely arrogant attitude towards clients, staff, and competitors - they know more than the client on how work should be done. High billing rates and utilization requirements price them out of work. Guaranteed program alienates customers and has latent liabilities (losses)
