Business Outlook
Pros
Great first job for graduates. There is a lot of project flexibility and networking options available to all employees. Most employees love what they do (scientist/engineers) and are well diversified for meeting clients needs.
Cons
No work/life balance. Many urgencies with clients came up that had to be addressed immediately even though most matters were not urgent. Not enough upward mobility/salary increases. Even with multiple "spot bonuses", salaries only increased 1 to 3 percent a year.
