Pros

multi-disciplinary infrastructure commissions and projects that blend the best of design and engineering, cost and commercial, project and programme management, and management consultancy to deliver actual value to clients (when it is all working well) Also one of the few companies I have seen not just talking the DEI talk, but actually learning to walk it as well.

Cons

like all big companies sometimes the working together is better in theory than in practice.

Cons

Management lacks vision and follows status quo. They also reward themselves with decent bonuses for meeting targets they make up, while giving the workers who produce the company's real deliverables small employee-of-month prizes and the odd merit badge.
