Can only recommend Arcadis for entry level employees

I would only recommend this company to entry level people looking to gain experience. No other pros to list.
Cons
When you think of a typical large corporate company, Arcadis is exactly that. You are just a number at Arcadis. Below industry standard compensation and well below standard benefits. Turnover is at an alarming rate. There is consistent restructuring and reorganization due to the high turnover rate. Nepotism is at an all time high. If you aren't sucking up to senior management, you have no chance of getting a raise or promotion no matter how hard you work. Hard work goes unnoticed. Arcadis ended their employee bonus reward program (red flag!). Finding ways to take money out of your employees' pockets isn't a solution. If you enjoy working around incompetent management, this company is for you.
