      Overworked, over-stressed, under-valued, but well-compensated.

      Pros

      Immediate leadership opportunities, good benefits and time off, "flexible" hours, and a cool employee recognition program.

      Cons

      Your *flexible" hours are dictated by those above you, not you yourself. Some employees get off easy but others are made to work evenings, nights, weekends and holidays without much head's up. Likewise, if a position indicates travel is required be ready to cancel plans when told to book a flight for the next day - I've seen employees sent on month-long assignments with less than a week's notice. Be prepared to be expected to work 50-60 hours a week every week for months/years.

      Great People and Culture.

      Pros

      Really talented people willing to help you. Great company culture. Able to work across multiple offices and collaborate with different teams based on your interest.

      Cons

      Not many I can think of. But, recently company started implementing more stringent cost control measures that take away some neat perks that were available to employees before.

      Pros

      Ability to work remotely; Tries to keep up with current technologies; Decent benefits; Ability to work on global teams; Pay is in line with industry averages.

      Cons

      Slowly moving corporate services offshore to Manila to save a few bucks at the expense of good employees. Difficult to move up in your career. Puts a lot of effort into convincing employees how great the company is, but this is not backed by action. Difficult to get good pay increases. US headcount is steadily decreasing.
