      Pros

      The company provides steady work to its employees with a good benefit package. The employees are trained well. Management is professional.

      Long days in hash working conditions, company expects employees to do a lot of overtime work

      Pros

      ARCADIS was at the top of the game at one time and still is to a certain extent. Some of the strongest people in the business with internal technical programs that other companies would envy. Most of the people were fantastic and experience was overall great!

      Cons

      Compensation is not that great and you are extremely overworked. Also, senior staff that most looked up to were starting to be dismissed. As I saw mentors and leaders get released, asked to leave, or leave on their own due to bottom line pressures, I realized that ARCADIS is not the place for me in the long term.

      Pros

      Arcadis gave me the opportunity as a new college graduate to experience nearly every facet of environmental geology. The experience I gained with them was instrumental in the position I acquired at my new job.

      Cons

      With a ton of experience comes a lot of work. Arcadis has a very high profitability goal and that is emphasized to every employee who works there. Work life balance can suffer.
