      Pros

      Found few items to say pros on, coffee and snacks were nice and good for a break

      Cons

      Not at all what i expected. Most of organization is run by a select few old timers that manipulate. Accounting system is terrible, managers complain consistently every week then complain to us. Hard to understand how this company is so big and has this many issues inside. Favorite day there was last day.

      Large company with worldwide career opportunities; potential for unlimited advancement if you impress the right people.

      Cons

      Billable hour goals are more important than delivering a quality product. No work-life balance. Senior management lacks understanding of why people actually want to help clients solve problems. Divided company culture between true Arcadians and those firms that they acquire.

      Pros

      Good benefits Flexible schedules for certain departments (not all though!) Company engages in interesting work/projects

      Cons

      Corporate office is extremely political. Lacks strong, innovative leaders that empower employees. Could be a great company, but is blocked by archaic methods and weak corporate leaders. Change in leadership/strategy would really benefit Arcadis. Hiring standards have declined and corporate customer service (HR, finance) went from great to ok.
