Very good company to work for, good hourly rate of pay and many benefits. Company of the future in steel making.

Cons

Possibly shift work and weather conditions. Along with doubles after a note turn. Scheduled that might require me to work holidays. Working a six day work scheduled

great money at base. No overtime needed to make over 60k. If you like dirty loud places this is it.

Cons

No work/life balance. You can make tons of money and is very easy. You sacrifice a life though. It was hard to have both and be totally happy.
