      Awesome industrial experience, given a lot of independence, encouraged to learn, many talented and knowledgeable people.

      Cons

      Salaried ranks earn much less than their employees, hourly employees get much better health insurance than salaried employees, salaried employees given very difficult job of motivating hourly employees

      The facility is state of the art and the accommodations are very nice. The company pays very well.

      The drive is really far and Senior Management changes frequently which causes a new set of rules or ideas every time there is a change which is often.
