Good pay, great and frank people, managment kept a healty HR practises and ensure a very respectful environnement. Good oportunities for every one.

Cons

Work can be durty. Sometime it's difficult to focus on projects Like others compagnies, there is not enough vacation time :)

good pay some initiatives to move to new practices

Cons

weak benefits outdated culture, outdated management practices (old school thinking and a lot of micromanagement) often overtime as resources are stretched thin outdated project management practices don't change what's not broken mentality many many meetings
