      My salary, bonuses and work environment are much better then my friends experiences that they share with me

      Its such a big company that it can be easy to get lost in the big machine where you can end up doing the same job for years

      Pros

      There is a very collegial environment with mutual respect for others and people are ready to help out each other. There is also a strict 8 hour policy so you can't be forced to stay overtime, allowing for a good balance of activities.

      Cons

      At times the work given to Interns can be a bit repetitive and feels like our skills are under mined. I understand that that is the nature of work for interns but more interesting work would be appreciated as well.
