      Pros

      great money at base. No overtime needed to make over 60k. If you like dirty loud places this is it.

      Cons

      No work/life balance. You can make tons of money and is very easy. You sacrifice a life though. It was hard to have both and be totally happy.

      Not a bad place to work if you want a steady paycheque and don't want to work too hard, work processes are reasonable and measured, there is a lot other companies could learn from this one - slow and steady can do well in the race

      Cons

      Can be quite stifling, does not look forward to newest trends, very slow to adapt and make required changes, seniority is valued over merit
