      Pros

      Recreation centre and training opportunities.

      Cons

      Arcelormittal incorporates a cultute of disrespectful and bullying behaviour. Middle management are some of the worst human beings. You are assigned to several projects with shirt deadlines and work life balance takes a serious hit. Employees are treated as numbers and the pay is well below the industry average. I would not recommend this company to my worst enemy.

      Pros

      Love working in manufacturing, helping drive innovation in an environment that often suffers from lack of original thinking. Enjoy working on and leading cross-functional teams on a wide variety of endeavors (some projects, some extensive trouble-shooting). Global company that has many international opportunities for those interested in a career of that sort.

      Cons

      Unable to retain high-potential employees, retain employees that cause problems and disrupt the operation. Many employees are comfortable with the status quo and are not aware of the big picture and what's happening around them. Much of middle-management is subpar and the ones that are good are often shifted into and out of roles in favor of a system of cronyism that pervades the place.

      Pros

      the company is always trying to improve efficiency and it results on many opportunities offered to young employees who have motivation and are not afraid to think out of the box. By far the most interesting job I have had (out of 3 multinationals)

      Cons

      salary is not great and there is a lot of pressure on employees which is not always rewarded
