      It is multinational company who provides many oppurtunities for career growth. Have chance to work many people from different cultures.

      A big worldwide organization which is hard to control. Slow decision making mechanism.Working in very fluctuating market and stressfull company.

      Pros

      Fairly competitive starting salary for recent college graduates. Company provides up to 6% 401K match and is 100% vested immediately. Company offers competitive Graduate Study reimbursement of up to $24k per year.

      Cons

      Steel industry is currently suffering and the company is struggling financial, resulting in overall negative work environment, slashes in health care/benefits, and limited to no merit based pay increases. Upper management style is dated, poorly manages personnel changes, and fails to foster career development for its younger work force.
