      Pros

      Very big company but very flexible and dynamic. A lot of challenges every quarter and good internal communication. Like this we are allowed to be well aligned with the objectives traced by the general board.

      Cons

      Base industry, with cycle crises as now. We just were used to the new level of steel consumption started on 2009 and another challenge arrived.

      Cons

      The company does not have a modern management as the current IT companies. It is a company of a multinational group which restricts the autonomy of ArcelorMittal Sistemas.
