Emphasis on employee wellness – physically, mentally and emotionally. Human capital makes efforts to keep the employees happy. Arcesium has an open culture and senior management is very approachable. Friendly and cooperative work environment. It has the best company parties, superior infrastructure, no dress code and great food. Also, there are company wide sports events organized annually. Overall a vibrant bunch of intelligent and good people.

Cons

Work-life balance could be improved. No solid career direction from senior management.
