Numerous opportunities to grow personally and professionally Best in class compensation and benefits Interesting problems to solve Great work culture Listening management Very smart and driven peers I thoroughly enjoyed newer exciting challenges and learning opportunity. It's been quite an experience as a mentor in Arcesium's first class mentoring program to empower people across the firm. E-learning opportunities / peer learning / internal training programs are superb. As a growing company, innovation is highly encouraged with events like hackathon, season of code, think beyond etc throughout the year.
