Food, flexible timings, e learning options, trying to get processes in place to ensure stability

Cons

Work is repetitive and boring, just making people's skills deteriorate. Excessive hiring has led to quality of people come down a lot. Headed very fast towards maintenance mode on all applications, there is no real work left anymore. Too much operational work even for devs.

Work life balance - pathetic constant pestering by management micro management of work weekly review meetings where you are pushed every time You accrue leaves but can't avail Incompetent managers Very repititive, operational nature of work, could be easily automated in near future
