      Lack of challenging work, completely operational. If you're here longer, u cant get employed anywhere else, as you reach a saturation point with 0 learning, downward learning curve(u will be unfit for the market). You get so bugged up with daily operational work, that you dont get time to think about any kind of automation or process innovation.

      Cons

      Today technology had advanced a lot but the company is still running on the old technologies we were taught during our btech courses. The only technologies these guys use is Java and python. The more time you spend here, the lesser your chances of entering the core computer science firms like google facebook etc become.
